Jovani Paredes prides himself on being an agent who “makes things happen” for his clients. He attentively listens to their questions and concerns, helping them navigate the twists and turns of contemporary real estate for an airtight strategy that elevates them to their goals.
Having grown up in the San Fernando Valley before moving to Antelope Valley in 2004, Jovani exhibits an expert knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area and its housing markets. His first brush with real estate came when he was searching for a home with his fiance while holding down a full-time job. Jovani’s realtor recognized his authentic, patient, and empathetic nature, leading him to recommend a career in real estate. No arm twisting was necessary. Jovani eagerly obtained his real estate license and has been helping families across the Palmdale and Lancaster neighborhoods ever since.
While Jovani always enjoys the thrill of being part of the biggest transactions of his clients’ lives, he has a particular fondness for first time homebuyers. This is often where his gift for strategy shines. One homeowner who was reluctant to enter the homebuying process due to her low credit score came to Jovani with her issue. He put in calls to his trusted lender and a credit repair specialist and within a year, he was happily handing her the keys to her first home.
Some of Jovani’s best work happens when he’s thinking on his feet. In one nightmare scenario, issues with escrow and HUD were jeopardizing not one, not two, but three of Jovani’s transactions. He thought outside the box, put in a call to HUD directly, and straightened everything out to close all three escrows with smiles all around. It’s this kind of confident, relatable approach that finds Jovani’s clients becoming lifelong friends.
Jovani is a devoted family man who numbers his family’s diverse interests among his own. As a big kid at heart, he loves to join his 6-year-old son in playing with his toys or joining his daughter, who plays on the volleyball team at her high school, for a practice session at the park. His wife is also introducing him to the joys of traveling. On his own, Jovani enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and researching the background trivia of his favorite films.
